Shareholders Service Group (SSG) was co-founded in 2002 by Peter Mangan and Bob Reed, two highly experienced financial services executives, who together have worked for over 60 years in the brokerage services and financial advisor industry.

SSG was created to provide high-quality, dedicated services for independent registered investment advisors. We work exclusively with independent RIAs across the nation serving affluent clients.
